Effective October 21, 2026. This notice covers eshairstudio.com and www.eshairstudio.com, operated under the public-facing name ES Hair Studio by Elena Sydorova, including ES Hair School inquiries and the Fashion Weeks Team application.
Information collected
The Fashion Weeks Team form collects your name, email, city and country, professional experience, training or team interests, event preferences, skills and goals, and your acknowledgment. Phone number, portfolio or social-profile link, and availability or travel details are optional. Please provide only information relevant to your application. The Contact form collects your name, email, inquiry type, message, and acknowledgment, and sends them through FormSubmit to the studio for a reply.
Hosting and service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, and request time when providing, securing, or troubleshooting their services. If you enable external reference images, the image provider also receives the network request required to display them.
How information is used
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, assess relevant training or backstage opportunities, discuss a production, coordinate agreed services, and maintain related correspondence. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter. With your marketing consent, this website loads Meta Pixel (ID 951515997652143) for advertising measurement and PageView events. It may also support advertising audiences and remarketing on Meta platforms. No separate Google Analytics integration is installed.
Meta Pixel and marketing consent
If you choose marketing tracking, Meta Platforms receives information about page visits, such as the page URL, IP address, browser information, and cookie identifiers. Meta may associate these events with its accounts and advertising activity. This choice is optional and independent of submitting a form or booking. Read the Meta Privacy Policy and use to change your choice. You may also contact the studio about privacy rights that apply to you.
Service providers and disclosures
FormSubmit processes Contact inquiries and Fashion Weeks Team applications and delivers their contents to the studio's designated inbox. Gmail is used to receive and manage that correspondence. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare. External reference photography is served by Unsplash only after you allow it in Privacy Settings.
Square provides the external appointment and pricing system. Google Maps, Instagram, and archived educational sources are external links rather than embedded services. Their own notices apply when you choose to visit them. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, or a legal claim. Our Pixel integration does not send application or contact form field contents to Meta and does not enable automatic event detection or advanced matching. Consented Pixel activity may be used by Meta for advertising and may constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable laws. You can reject marketing tracking in Privacy Settings.
Retention and security
Application and correspondence records are kept as needed for the inquiry, relevant opportunities, service administration, and applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. You can ask about or request deletion of your records using the contact details below. FormSubmit states that its submission archive is retained for 30 days; that period does not automatically delete copies delivered to the studio's email inbox. Different service providers have their own retention practices.
HTTPS protects transmission to this website. No website, email system, or service can promise absolute security. Do not include payment-card information, government identifiers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in website forms. Appointment payments are handled through the separate booking provider, not the Fashion Weeks Team form.
Your choices and requests
You can leave optional fields blank, avoid submitting an application, change external-image preferences, and contact the studio about your information. Depending on your location and the law that applies, additional rights may be available. We will assess requests under applicable law, including any required verification and exceptions. A deletion request does not automatically remove records that must legally be retained.
Meta Pixel may associate page-visit information with Meta accounts and advertising activity. Marketing is off by default and stays off when a Global Privacy Control signal is enabled or Do Not Track is set to 1. You can withdraw marketing permission through Privacy Settings. Withdrawal prevents future tracking by this integration and removes accessible first-party _fbp and _fbc cookies; it cannot recall information previously received by Meta. Separate Meta account settings may offer additional controls.
Children and international visitors
This website and its professional application form are not directed to children under 13. Please contact the studio if you believe a child has submitted personal information. Services used to host this website and deliver messages may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Contact the studio about location-specific privacy questions.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Additional notice will be provided where legally required. Review the current notice before submitting information.

We may need reasonable information to verify that a request concerns your own records.
