ES Hair School was founded in 2021 with a clear purpose: to help hairstylists understand hair, not simply memorize a procedure. Through professional education focused on hair reconstruction, salon chemistry, and responsible treatment choices, I help beauty professionals develop technical confidence and independent judgment.
I am Elena Sydorova, the founder of ES Hair School and ES Hair Studio. My educational approach combines more than 20 years of salon experience with a background in design and pedagogy. I believe that the best professionals are not defined by how many products they know, but by how well they understand the condition of the hair and the reasoning behind each decision.
A More Thoughtful Way to Learn Hair Reconstruction
A treatment may look straightforward in a demonstration, yet different hair can react very differently. Previously highlighted hair, natural curls, repeated heat exposure, artificial pigment, and environmental buildup can all change the outcome. My courses emphasize analysis before application and sound technique before product marketing.
Students learn to discuss porosity, elasticity, the role of the cuticle and cortex, cosmetic formulation, protein and lipid treatments, and the way chemical services influence the hair fiber. We also cover client consultation, product compatibility, practical application, and realistic communication about results.
Areas of Education
Hair Reconstruction & Cosmetic Fiber Care
Understand common patterns of cosmetic hair damage, the role of conditioning and film-forming ingredients, and how to select suitable treatments for different hair conditions.
Keratin, Hair Botox & Texture Management
Explore smoothing principles, procedure planning, heat control, product-label awareness, and service suitability. Education includes why certain formulas may be inappropriate for compromised hair.
Trichology Fundamentals for Hairstylists
Learn the basic anatomy of hair and scalp, common concerns a stylist may encounter, and the importance of recognizing signs that require referral to a dermatologist or healthcare professional. This is educational material, not medical training or a license to diagnose.
Color Chemistry & Advanced Hair Processes
Study underlying pigment, oxidative color, bleaching, filling, toning, and the effects of repeated chemical services on the hair fiber. The emphasis is informed decision-making during real salon situations.
Professional Development, Workshops & Online Learning
Selected training is offered through practical classes, professional workshops, and online educational material. Course formats, instructor participation, schedules, and prices depend on the current program.
The ES Hair School Method
My approach can be summarized in five steps: assess the hair and its history; define the client's or model's goal; select an appropriate treatment pathway; perform the procedure with careful technique and safety practices; and evaluate the result while teaching realistic home maintenance.
There is no universal recipe for every head of hair. The ability to evaluate and adapt is what distinguishes a thoughtful professional from someone who simply repeats a demonstration.
International Student Community
More than 180 professionals have studied through my educational programs. Students and graduates have used their skills to expand salon services, strengthen technical confidence, and pursue new professional opportunities. Every career is individual, and outcomes depend on training, practice, business conditions, and local licensing.
Who Is Training For?
Working hairstylists, colorists, salon owners, hair reconstruction specialists, and beauty professionals who want a deeper understanding of cosmetic hair services. Beginner suitability depends on the specific course and applicable licensing requirements.
