Teaching is one of the most meaningful parts of my career. I love watching a student move from repeating steps to asking better questions, understanding why a treatment is appropriate, and building the confidence to make informed choices.
At ES Hair School, learning is rooted in observation, practical application, and professional reasoning. More than 180 students have taken part in the school's educational work, and many have continued to grow within the hair industry.
What Students Learn to Do
The aim is not merely to finish one procedure successfully. We work toward the ability to assess hair condition, recognize warning signs, think critically about product claims, apply suitable professional methods, and communicate realistic expectations to clients.
Students practice professional consultation, hair analysis, treatment preparation, careful application, evaluation, and aftercare conversations. Depending on the program, training may include color chemistry, reconstruction, texture management, or scalp-care fundamentals.
From Theory to Real Salon Situations
A textbook example is helpful, but actual client histories are often complicated. Hair may have been colored several times, exposed to heat, or treated with products the client cannot identify. That is why I use case-based learning and explain how to develop a plan when a simple formula is not enough.
Graduate Experiences
Graduates have applied their knowledge in working salons and independent professional settings; some have expanded their service offerings or pursued their own business and educational goals. These are individual journeys, not a promise of a particular financial or career outcome.
